Moving Days Are Here Again

Well, we decided to go ahead and take a leap of faith, and put our house on the market.  We are selling through a real estate agent from our church, and couldn't be happier with it all thus far.  Our realtor is listing our house for us, and is going to help us find a house (and a good deal) as well!  The sign is in the yard, the info. is on the web.  Now we just have to wait and see what happens.

Today David and I have been in "high scurry" mode, and have weeded through our DVDs, knick-knacks, and personal items in the living room to make it look neat, clean, homey, and as un-personal as possible. The living room is looking good, and the guest room looks pretty good.  Now we just have to go through the kitchen, bathroom, office, master bedroom, and bathroom.  Then we have to get the plumber to come and fix a leaky pipe.  Then we have to get the roof repaired.  Then we have to get the yard trimmed up and haul the brush away.  Then we have to paint.  Then we have to put a new floor down in the bathroom.  Then we have to shampoo the carpets.  Then we will be finished with our house's facelift, and will be able to breathe a sigh of relief.

And then we can get started picking out a new house!
